Eric Mogilnicki is quoted in a Credit Union Times article regarding what's next for the CFPB following a federal appeals court decision in late January upholding the lawfulness of the Bureau's structure. According to Mogilnicki, "The combination of that opinion and Acting Director Mulvaney's recent statement that the Bureau would stop 'pushing the envelope' on enforcement matters will provide PHH with strong arguments for why the case should be dropped."
