Eric Mogilnicki is quoted in a Law360 article regarding the upcoming rehearing of a case challenging the constitutionality of the single-director leadership structure of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. According to Mogilnicki, “I think the threshold issue, if that gets the most attention, it will suggest that the court is likely to pull back rather than extend the ruling in PHH."
