Eric Mogilnicki is quoted in a Corporate Counsel article regarding the anticipated spotlight on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in 2017 following Donald Trump’s election and an October 2016 ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. According to Mogilnicki, "The election results might speed up some work by the bureau on rules, for example, as they try to get as much done as possible before there's the possibility that the Cordray's replaced.”
