Vaccination Mandates: What the Executive Order and Upcoming OSHA Standard Mean for Employers and Government Contractors Webcast

On September 9, 2021 the White House announced a Path out of the Pandemic: President Biden’s COVID-19 Action Plan, a six-prong plan to combat COVID-19. As part of the first prong, aimed to “Vaccinate the Unvaccinated”, the President announced an intention to increase the number of vaccinated Americans through the use of regulatory powers to obligate private employers to require that their employees be vaccinated, and plans to mandate that certain executive agency contractors and subcontractors impose similar requirements on their employees pursuant to a new Executive Order. This webinar will address employers' key questions concerning when and how the Biden Administration will implement the Executive Order and other health and safety regulations to achieve the Administration's goal.
