Focusing on complex class actions and commercial litigation, Lindsey Barnhart has handled matters involving a range of issues, such as consumer protection, breach of contract, warranty, fraud, and intellectual property claims.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to be an ally to the LGBT+ community? 

Put any privilege you have to good use.  Advocating on behalf of the LGBT+ community is great, but giving members of the community a seat at the table so we can advocate for ourselves is even better. 

What does Pride Month mean to you?

Community and joy (and lots of feather boas).  It’s a time when queer people of all ages and walks of life come together to celebrate the many people before us who made being proud to be gay possible.  There is something particularly magical about Pride in San Francisco – the June Gloom always seems to lift just in time for the festivities!
