This session will be the first in a three-part series exploring practical approaches to managing compliance risk throughout the deal lifecycle.

The session will feature Ben Haley, Head of Covington's White Collar and Anti-Corruption Practice in the Middle East and Africa, and Haykel Hajjaji, Partner in Covington's Corporate Practice. They will be joined by special guest Brett Hattaway, Vice President and Head of Legal MENA at DHL, who will share practical insights from an in-house perspective.
