Miriam joins an international panel of experts for a session titled “Processing vs. Performance: Legal Pathways for Sustainable, Nutritious, and Affordable Food Systems.”

This discussion will explore how law and governance can move beyond rigid classifications of ultra-processed foods toward performance-based frameworks that integrate nutrition, sustainability, and equity.
