Please join us for a webinar on key trends and recent developments in U.S. export controls and sanctions policy, coupled with perspectives on related congressional priorities.
The discussion will feature our new colleagues, Alan Estevez, a former Under Secretary of Commerce for Industry and Security who led the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) from 2022-2025, and Adam Szubin, who served for nearly a decade as the Director of the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), along with Stephen Rademaker, a former Assistant Secretary of State and senior congressional national security staffer. Peter Flanagan, co-chair of our International Trade Controls practice, will moderate the discussion.
Among other topics, this program will cover:
- The new BIS “Affiliates Rule” and the continued tightening of China-related controls.
