On Friday, September 16, Laura Kim, co-chair of the firm's Advertising and Consumer Protection Practice Group, Michael Labson, co-chair of the firm's global Life Sciences Practice, and Ali Remick, an associate in the firm's Advertising and Consumer Protection Practice Group will facilitate a CLE on the current legal landscape for social media marketing from the perspectives of the FTC and the FDA.
