Mitch Kamin and Ashley Simonsen Named to Daily Journal’s Top 100 Lawyers

LOS ANGELES—The Daily Journal has named Mitch Kamin and Ashley Simonsen to its 2022 Top 100 Lawyers list, an annual roundup of the best 100 lawyers in California.

Mitch is a trial lawyer and co-chair of Covington’s Communications and Media Industry and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. His clients are leaders in the entertainment industry -- including major companies in television, music, sports, film, and gaming -- whom he represents in many of their most significant and sensitive matters.

A partner in Covington’s Los Angeles office, Ashley focuses on defending complex class actions in state and federal courts across the country and represents clients in the financial services, consumer brands, and technology industries through all stages of litigation, including trial, with a strong track record of success on early dispositive motions. Her practice encompasses advertising, antitrust, consumer protection, and product defect matters.
