    Shadman Zaman represents clients in high-stakes antitrust litigation and government investigations. He advises clients across a wide range of industries, with particular expertise in the finance, tech, and pharmaceutical sectors.

    As a litigator, Shadman has counseled clients facing antitrust class action, opt-out, and competitor lawsuits, as well as clients facing litigation against state attorneys general in consumer protection suits. Leveraging his significant litigation experience, including in drafting dispositive motions, navigating complex discovery, and taking and defending depositions, Shadman has achieved successful outcomes for his clients in highly consequential matters.

    He has also advised clients facing investigative demands from federal and state regulators. When conducting internal investigations, Shadman draws on his antitrust litigation experience to provide a realistic perspective to his clients regarding their exposure to legal liability.

    Shadman also maintains a broad and robust pro bono practice. He has tried a federal criminal case to verdict, represented asylum seekers in FTCA litigation against the government, and litigated voting rights issues during the 2020 elections.
