    Jacob Zuberi is a corporate associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Jacob counsels clients on a broad range of transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and other general corporate matters.

    Before joining Covington, Jacob “Reaper” Zuberi served in the District of Columbia Air National Guard as an F-16 fighter pilot, where he provided fighter alert support for NORAD’s Aerospace Control Alert mission for the National Capital Region, and in the Ohio Air National Guard as a KC-135 mobility pilot.
