  • Represented major media company in response to a CID issued by the DOJ’s Antitrust Division.
  • Represented major pharmaceutical company in a DOJ/SEC investigation concerning alleged violations of the FCPA.

  • Argued an appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit challenging Virginia’s post-conviction DNA testing statute.
  • Argued an appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit on behalf of a teaching instructor challenging his termination under Title VII.
  • Represented Ohio judicial candidates, political parties, and voters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit challenging an Ohio election law.
  • Authored amici curiae brief submitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on behalf of clinical psychiatrists in support of issues involving criminal behavior.
  • Represented plaintiff in § 1983 action against police and prosecutors involving allegations of Brady violations.
