Jack Wickham concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities, private equity, and other general corporate matters. He has advised public and private companies on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and reorganizations of all sizes.
