Carl Wettinck

Carl Wettinck advises clients on critical antitrust matters drawing on his extensive public sector experience as a prosecutor with the Belgian Competition Authority. Having been involved in a number of leading merger cases and investigations, he has deep experience in enforcement proceedings on a Belgian national and European level.

Carl advises on all aspects of Belgian, EU, and international antitrust law, including multi-jurisdictional merger control filings, cartel and leniency issues, abuse of dominance cases and compliance. His practice has a particular focus on advising Belgian and international clients in the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors.
