Adrienne Wyker is a staff attorney in the Washington office, specializing in electronic discovery for complex litigation, internal investigations, and response to government inquiries. She has over ten years’ experience in the electronic discovery field. Prior to joining Covington, she represented labor unions and collectively bargained employee benefit plans in all aspects of employee benefits, tax, and labor law, was Assistant General Counsel for a large financial services firm, and served federal judicial clerkships at both a District Court and Court of Appeals.

Ms. Wyker currently focuses her practice on e-discovery and fact development, working collaboratively with other attorneys, Litigation Support, and outside vendors in order to provide efficient and cost-effective discovery. She works extensively with Covington’s internal review platforms and numerous e-discovery vendors’ review and analytical tools, as well as having proficiency with the use of internet resources and public records for fact development.
