    Josh Tupler is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office and a member of the International Trade Controls Practice Group. He regularly advises clients on the application of international trade controls, including economic sanctions and export controls laws and regulations administered by the U.S. Departments of State, Commerce, and Treasury.

    Josh draws upon his previous experience with the United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee, where he served as a counsel, working on sanctions policy, international treaties, hostage affairs, war powers, nominations, and other legislative issues within the committee’s jurisdiction.
