Stephanie Shropshire

As a member of Covington’s Institutional Culture and Social Responsibility Practice Group, Stephanie Shropshire has led significant investigations into employee misconduct and workplace culture. Stephanie also has extensive experience leading several civil rights and racial equity audits and assessments for leading corporations. She has also advised clients on diversity, equity, and inclusion processes and practices.

In her White Collar Defense and Investigations practice, Stephanie represents major companies in a variety of enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Department of Justice and other U.S. regulators and routinely helps to lead internal investigations of alleged misconduct or compliance failures.
