    • Acted for the project company in relation to the Melbourne Renewable Energy Hub, which once developed to its full capacity of 1.2GW and at least 2.4GWh, will be one of the biggest batteries in the world, in terms of which, the lenders, made available to the borrower a term loan amounting to AU$420 000 000.
    • Acted for a company in relation to the disposal of their interests in Perth Stadium, WA Schools and ACT Law Courts (“Assets”), particularly the sell-side due diligence on all three Assets.
    • Acted for the borrower in relation in connection with a common terms agreement in terms of which, certain South African banks agreed to make a principal sum amounting to ZAR1 103 750 000 000 available to the borrower.
    • Acted for an investment company in connection to a mezzanine financing pursuant to which the parties agreed to amend and restate, inter alia, a term loan facility agreement dated 3 March 2020, where the lenders agreed to make a term loan facility in an aggregate principal sum of up to $22 000 000 available to the borrower.
