Brandon Rattiner focuses his practice on energy, environmental, and technology issues. He advises clients on a variety of policy, regulatory, litigation, and business matters, and he has experience with a wide range of environmental and natural resources statutes and agencies. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Rattiner worked for various Colorado civic organizations and as U.S. Senator Mark Udall's Denver Area Regional Director.

Mr. Rattiner is a member of the Bar of Colorado. District of Columbia bar application pending; supervised by principals of the firm.

  • Advises clients on environmental dimensions of national and international corporate transactions in a variety of industries and sectors.
  • Advises clients on numerous environmental compliance issues under CERCLA and RCRA.
  • Represents software and IT clients in False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute investigations.

  • Representing local and national nonprofit groups in their challenge to the President’s December 4, 2017 Proclamation reducing the size of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument.
