Ms. Rosenbaum’s international disputes practice focuses on the arbitration and litigation of public international law claims, the arbitration of investor-state claims, and the resolution of other treaty-based claims. Ms. Rosenbaum's advisory work helps clients navigate trade investigations and the U.S. regulatory environment.

  • Advises clients on public international law and investment issues related to the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
  • Represents an investor in a bilateral investment treaty dispute related to the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
  • Counseled clients on the Section 301 Investigation on China Forced Technology Transfer.
  • Advised a food and beverage product manufacturer on country of origin and marking requirements for a large number of products under both the North American Free Trade Agreement and regular duty provisions.
  • Advised an American company on the customs components of an anti-dumping investigation.

  • Represents an asylum applicant in his proceedings before the Baltimore Immigration Court.
  • Represented two global NGOs in an international arbitration brought under the Bangladesh Accord on Fire and Building Safety concerning labor and human rights issues.
