Molly C. Prindle

Molly Prindle is a litigator in the firm's Washington, DC office, with a particular focus on government-facing litigation. She has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation in federal and state courts, including motions practice at the trial and appellate levels. Molly also has experience taking and defending depositions, conducting offensive and defensive discovery, and leading mediation in federal court. In addition, Molly maintains a robust pro bono practice focused on prisoners' rights and eviction defense cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Molly clerked for Judge Ronald L. Gilman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and Chief Judge Mark R. Hornak of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Molly earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the American University Law Review.
