    Nira Pandya is a member of the Technology and IP Transactions Practice Group in the Boston office.

    Nira advises clients with complex and strategic transactions that involve technology, intellectual property, and data, with a focus on issues around IP ownership and licensing, software development, data commercialization, and information technology services. Nira has a broad practice that spans a variety of industries and commercial transactions, including transactions for manufacturing, supply, distribution and logistics services.

    Prior to her work on technology and commercial transactions, Nira advised private and public companies on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions.
