    Tosin Oredola is an associate in the firm’s London Project Development and Finance Practice Group, where his practice focuses on global energy and infrastructure projects.

    He advises both sponsor consortia and lender groups on a wide range of energy and infrastructure transactions across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. His experience spans solar PV, wind IPP, CCGT, BESS, data centre, district cooling, water desalination, road PPP, LED streetlighting, and independent sewage treatment projects.

    Tosin has acted for clients on complex financings, acquisitions, and investments involving both greenfield and brownfield projects.

    He also gained experience working with clients in the UAE during his secondment to the firm’s Dubai office.

    • Advised a consortium of Vision International Investment Company (Vision Invest) and Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) in relation to a signed Shareholder Subscription Agreement with WIOCC Group, Africa's leading carrier-neutral digital / data centre infrastructure platform, securing a combined US $300 million investment in the company.
