    Eric O’Brien is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on patent litigation and counseling. Eric has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation and has litigated cases involving numerous technology areas, including electronics, software, life sciences, and automotive technologies.

    Prior to joining to the firm, Eric served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert W. Schroeder III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Before law school, he worked as a mechanical engineer at the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Research Development & Engineering Center.
