    Thomas Martecchini is a litigator who helps corporate policyholders navigate high-stakes insurance coverage disputes from claim submission through trial, and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Thomas has counseled and litigated matters for clients with a wide range of insurance, including property and business interruption, general liability, cyber, D&O, E&O, and management liability. He has particular experience advising clients on complex and novel issues, such as business interruption coverage for losses related to COVID-19 and cyber coverage for data breaches.

    When litigation is necessary, Thomas is a dedicated advocate for policyholders. He has achieved victories for his clients at all stages of litigation—the pleadings, discovery, summary judgment, trial, and appeal.

    Thomas also maintains an active pro bono practice, including his recent successful representation of a Section 8 tenant in a False Claims Act lawsuit against her former landlords for excess rent charges.
