Sarah Mac Dougall is a litigation associate in the firm's New York office, focusing on both complex litigation--with an emphasis on patent and trade secret litigation--and white collar defense. In her pro bono practice, she focuses on representing reproductive health care providers and organizations in constitutional and administrative cases as well as on representing individuals challenging unlawful police actions.

  • Internal investigation for the Board of Directors of a major media company in connection with alleged sexual abuse and harassment and other workplace culture issues.
