    Megan McLaughlin is a commercial litigator who handles complex civil disputes, including insurance coverage and class actions. She has represented and provided strategic counseling to multinational clients across a range of industries, including food and beverage, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals. Megan also maintains a people-oriented pro bono practice with a focus on women, children, and criminal justice.

    Prior to joining the firm’s San Francisco office, she clerked for Magistrate Judge Bruce J. McGiverin of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
