Hilarie Mbanenande

Hilarie Mbanenande supports the Project Finance team on both sponsor-side and lender-side mandates across a range of jurisdictions, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and emerging markets in West Africa. She assists in the drafting and preparation of key finance and security documentation, including conditions precedent (CP) lists, board minutes, and shareholder resolutions. Hilarie actively participates in CP management, including hosting and attending CP checklist calls, liaising with counsel, and coordinating the satisfaction and delivery of key documentation ahead of financial close.

Hilarie experience also includes supporting transaction closings and post-completion processes, such as managing original documents, preparing Companies House filings, and compiling transaction bibles.
