Teresa Lewi represents and counsels employers on a wide range of federal, state, and local employment laws, including discrimination, non-competition, trade secrets, executive compensation, separation, and wage-and-hour issues. She also partners with colleagues in the investigations practice to conduct internal investigations of harassment claims and other workplace issues. Ms. Lewi has substantial experience with managing all phases of litigation, and has successfully tried cases in federal and state courts. In addition, she regularly resolves disputes through mediation and other alternative dispute resolution techniques.
