    Myriam is an associate in the International Arbitration Group of the firm’s London office. Myriam is a dually qualified common law and civil law lawyer, admitted to practice in France, England and Wales and Ireland. Her practice is focused on international commercial, construction, state-to-state and investor-state arbitration under a range of arbitral rules and applicable laws. Myriam has also gained experience in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including adjudication, mediation and conciliation.

    • Represented an EPC contractor in an ICC arbitration related to the construction of a petrochemical plant in the South-Pacific.
    • Represented a company in an ICC arbitration related to the enforcement of a settlement agreement entered into in relation to the construction of a motorway in Eastern Europe.

    • Represented a subcontractor in two contractual adjudications related to a PPP contract for the provision of services in the healthcare sector.
