B. Graves Lee

Graves Lee is an associate in the firm’s Financial Services practice group, resident in the Washington, DC office. Graves represents financial institutions, fintech companies, consumer reporting agencies, and other financial services providers and their officers and directors in connection with a broad range of enforcement, investigative, compliance, and public policy matters. He regularly appears before the CFPB, FTC, federal banking agencies, and other state and federal regulators.

Graves is also an active member of the ABA Consumer Financial Services Committee, serving in a leadership role on the Federal and State Trade Practices Subcommittee. He is a frequent commenter on issues in the consumer financial services space.
