Brent Little assists clients in structuring and negotiating financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions. His finance experience includes advising lenders, borrowers and investors in in secured and unsecured credit facilities, acquisition financings and venture capital investments. He also represents clients in the sports industry in a wide range of matters, including debt and equity financings, apparel, naming rights, sponsorship and mergers and acquisitions.

  • Advised several private investment funds in secured debt, royalty and equity financings in pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare companies.
  • Represented the National Football League in connection with various league, team and stadium financings and ownership transactions, including its league-wide term note and revolving credit facility programs and its G-4 stadium financing program.
  • Advised a major New York-based mezzanine fund in the structuring and negotiation of secured and mezzanine financing transactions, including the acquisition of commercial rights to a major athlete’s name and likeness and acquisition financings in the mitigation and restaurant industries.
  • Represented Tom Benson, the longtime owner of the New Orleans Saints, in his purchase of the New Orleans Hornets NBA franchise.
  • Represented Avid Technologies, Inc. in the negotiation of multiple financing arrangements.
  • Advised New York-based bank in connection with financings to professional NBA franchises and arena companies.
  • Advised Rogers Corporation in the negotiation of secured term and revolving credit facilities.
  • Represented the National Hockey League in connection with various team and stadium financings and ownership transactions.
  • Advised Joy Global, Inc. in the negotiation of several unsecured revolving and term credit facilities and a registered senior notes offering.
  • Negotiated acquisition financing for the purchase of the Dayton Dragons minor league baseball club.
  • Advised a public media company in a Rule 144A senior notes offering, acquisitions and corporate governance matters.
  • Represented a savings bank in the mutual-to-stock conversion of its holding company and related registered public stock offering.

  • Advised a nonprofit corporation in structuring financing to fund health clinics in East Africa.
