Bithia Large is a commercial and competition litigator in the dispute resolution group of the firm’s London office. Bithia has experience acting on complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional disputes, including contractual claims, shareholder disputes, Section 994 unfair prejudice petitions, and breach of trust and dishonest assistance claims. She also advises clients in respect of competition claims before the High Court. Bithia has also gained experience with proceedings to compel UK-based third parties to produce evidence for foreign proceedings.

- Advised a heavy equipment manufacturer in relation to a challenge to an arbitration award.
- Represented a prominent media company in a dispute relating to termination and notice provisions.
- Advised a wealth management PLC in relation to inadvertent disclosure of opponent’s privileged materials.
