Anne Lee, co-chair of the firm's global Antitrust and Competition Law Practice Group, advises clients in complex antitrust litigation matters, strategic transactions, and government investigations. She represents clients before the DOJ and FTC on multi-jurisdictional mergers, competitor collaborations, and joint ventures, and she has litigated cases at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. Ms. Lee also provides antitrust counseling on a wide range of business conduct and compliance issues.   • Facebook in federal antitrust lawsuit alleging monopolization and tying claims; case settled shortly before trial.
  • Agri Stats in consolidated putative antitrust class actions brought by direct and indirect poultry purchasers alleging a conspiracy to reduce output and raise the prices of broiler chickens.
  • Expedia in federal antitrust and consumer protection MDL litigation; obtained dismissal of all claims with prejudice.
  • Eli Lilly in federal antitrust and commercial litigation with business collaboration partner; successfully defeated motion for preliminary injunction that was affirmed on appeal.
