Rosie Klement is an associate in Covington's dispute resolution team in London, having joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2017. Her practice covers complex international and English commercial litigation. Ms. Klement advises clients across a range of contentious matters, including high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes in the financial, technology and energy sectors. Ms. Klement has particular experience advising high-net worth individuals and trusts.

  • Advising in respect of a complex trust litigation, involving parallel disputes commenced in England, British Virgin Islands and Switzerland.
  • Advising in response to a billion-dollar Worldwide Freezing Order and connected litigation regarding allegations of corporate fraud, misrepresentation and conspiracy.
  • Acting for a high-net worth individual in the defence of proceedings regarding the alleged misappropriation of business interests, including multiple allegations of fraud and conspiracy.
  • Represented Australian-based mining financier in claim under a financing agreement in the English Commercial Court.
