Jeanne Jeong is an associate in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on regulatory enforcement, white collar criminal defense, and internal investigations, with a particular emphasis on issues involving emerging technologies, privacy, and data security.
She has advised several leading technology companies regarding a range of matters, including consumer protection investigations, claims related to data breach, electronic surveillance requests, and child safety issues. Jeanne has also investigated and litigated sensitive matters concerning institutional culture, discrimination, and sexual misconduct.
In addition to her investigations and advisory work, Jeanne’s experience spans several stages of dispute resolution, including pre-litigation counseling, responding to legal process, and briefing dispositive motions, as well as federal appeals and Supreme Court certiorari, amicus, and merits practice.
Before joining the firm, Jeanne clerked for the Honorable Richard J. Sullivan on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
