    Daniel Jacobs is a solicitor-advocate in Covington’s International Arbitration Practice Group, based in the London office. He has extensive experience representing corporations, individuals, and states in complex and high-value arbitrations.

    Daniel represents clients in commercial arbitrations and investor-state disputes, across a broad range of industries, seated in jurisdictions throughout the world. He has conducted arbitrations under the major institutional rules, including the ICC, LCIA, DIAC, SCC, and ICSID rules, as well as ad hoc proceedings under the UNCITRAL rules.

    Daniel appears as an advocate before international tribunals and has rights of audience in the civil high courts of England and Wales.
