Philip Howard is one of America’s leading proponents of government simplification and legal reform, and works closely with public officials, corporate executives, academics, and judges across the country. He advises companies and business leaders on a wide range of issues, including governance disputes, regulatory problems, litigation and business transactions. For many clients, Mr. Howard acts as coordinator of lawyers in different practice areas, particularly in matters that have a significant regulatory or public relations component.
