Philip Howard is one of America’s leading authorities on government simplification, streamlining regulations, and legal reform, and works closely with public officials, corporate executives, academics, and judges across the country. He has advised numerous national and statewide elected officials of both parties, and is a member of President Trump’s Strategic and Policy Forum, along with some of America’s leading CEO’s.
With his unique vantage point, Mr. Howard’s practice focuses on advising companies and business leaders on a wide range of issues, including governance, regulatory solutions, litigation and business transactions. For many clients, he acts as coordinator of lawyers in different practice areas, particularly in matters that have a significant regulatory or public relations component.
