Jordan Hirsch represents companies and individuals in litigation and civil and criminal government investigations, focusing on white collar and national security-related issues. He advises clients in private litigation and in internal corporate investigations, as well as in matters involving the Department of Justice.

Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for Judge José A. Cabranes, United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Presiding Judge of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review.
