Jordan Hirsch's practice focuses on white collar and enforcement matters, litigation, and regulatory inquiries, often involving national security issues. Mr. Hirsch advises clients in matters such as sensitive national security-related investigations, national security surveillance and law enforcement compliance and litigation, and regulatory and legal challenges involving supply chain security and information and communications technologies. Mr. Hirsch also advises clients facing legal, regulatory, and policy challenges in the aerospace, defense, and national security sector.
Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for Judge José A. Cabranes, United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and formerly Presiding Judge of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review.
