    Jessica Hill focuses her practice on Section 337 proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). She has litigated more than 25 such investigations and has hands-on experience with every phase of Section 337 investigations. Jessica has been recognized as a leading Section 337 litigator by Chambers USA, with sources noting she is “super smart and practical” and “very, very impressive.”

    Jessica is a member of the Executive Committee of the ITC Trial Lawyers Association, the leading bar association for Section 337 practitioners. She represents clients across a wide range of technologies, including smartphones, wireless communications, radio base stations, cable television set-top boxes, image processing systems, electric car batteries, solar cells, balanced armature devices, core orientation mining devices, LED packages, and graphics data processing systems.

    Jessica also has experience litigating patents in federal court, advising companies in dealings with federal regulatory agencies including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and counseling clients on antidumping and countervailing duty considerations.
