    Michael Greenberg has handled a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters with a primary focus on insurance coverage.  He has represented policyholders in disputes concerning coverage for a variety of first party and third party claims, including property damage and business interruption insurance, professional liability coverage, multi-site environmental liabilities, and asbestos claims that often involve hundreds of insurance policies.  Michael has significant experience in handling claims involving the unusual problems encountered in litigation against Lloyds of London and insurance companies doing business in the London insurance market.  He also counsels clients on ways to improve their insurance programs.
