Kathrine L. Gutierrez

Kathrine Gutierrez has experience in complex chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court restructurings, schemes of arrangement, chapter 7 liquidations and assignments for the benefit of creditors. She has represented a wide range of clients including debtors, creditor committees, equity sponsors, bondholders, secured lenders, and debtor-in-possession lenders.

Kathrine’s practice also includes extensive experience representing individual directors and shareholders of distressed companies, particularly in the technology and cryptocurrency industry.

In addition to her work experience, Kathrine served as a law clerk for Judge Brendan L. Shannon, Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware from 2018-2019.
