Rachel L. Fried is an associate in both the Litigation and the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice groups. She focuses on insurance coverage matters, and has experience representing policyholder clients in pre-litigation coverage disputes and in both state and federal courts. In her employee benefits practice, Ms. Fried advises clients on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation, including on litigations and corporate transactions.

  • Represents major private equity firm in litigation for insurance coverage under property and pollution legal liability policies for catastrophic storm damage at multiple commercial properties.
  • Represents corporate policyholder in litigation for insurance coverage for asbestos claims.
