Judith Foo represents clients in complex, sensitive internal investigations and government investigations.
As a member of Covington’s Institutional Culture and Social Responsibility practice, Judith specializes in representing clients in sensitive, high-stakes internal and independent investigations regarding workplace culture, discrimination, and sexual misconduct. Past clients include corporations, educational institutions, healthcare systems, and sports leagues.
In addition, Judith specializes in assisting leading U.S. technology companies with investigations, covering a broad range of issues such as antitrust, data preservation, and internal fraud compliance. On one such investigation, she led the associate team assisting a Fortune 100 technology company in responding to a federal antitrust investigation.
Judith is also a member of Covington’s Business and Human Rights practice, advising clients on the corporate responsibility to respect human rights in the areas of supply chain due diligence, responsible sourcing, and integrating human rights oversight into compliance programs.
Judith maintains an active pro bono practice advocating for the privacy and due process rights of sexual assault survivors.
Prior to joining Covington, Judith was a Senate Judiciary Committee law clerk.
