    Franka Felsner helps companies implement their business ventures and strategic transactions in the life sciences sector, combining her legal expertise with a profound understanding of the life sciences industry.

    Franka’s practice involves advising on strategic license (both licensor and licensee side) and collaboration agreements, as well as other commercial arrangements spanning the entire life cycle of life sciences assets such as CMO, CRO, clinical trial, manufacturing and distribution agreements. In addition, Franka often represents companies opposite government entities, the United Nations, UNICEF and the World Health Organisation and other public health bodies, as well as advising on transactions with a UK, German or European law element.

    Franka’s clients include FTSE 100 companies, as well as SMEs and young biotech companies.

    Pro bono projects and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives are an important part of Franka’s work. She has represented clients seeking to regularise their immigration status in the UK and advised on constitutional law aspects around reproductive rights of women.
