Franka Felsner is a London-based associate in Covington’s life sciences transactions department in London, working with multi-national life sciences and tech companies to help implement their business ventures and strategic transactions within the life sciences industry.

Having joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in August 2017, Ms. Felsner has built a broad practice advising on matters that intersect intellectual property, regulation, competition law, and data privacy issues. She has drafted and negotiated a broad range of commercial agreements, including strategic collaboration and option agreements, licensing, professional services deals, as well as more standard master services and material transfer agreements. Ms. Felsner understands the need for adopting a commercial approach and works with her clients to develop tailored solutions that work best for them.

  • Representation of a victim of human trafficking and her two children in their application for Leave to Remain in the United Kingdom, as part of Covington’s collaboration with Kids in Need of Defense UK.
