Alexandra Francis is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office. She advises clients in matters relating to U.S. trade controls regulations administered by the State Department and Commerce Department; as well as economic sanctions programs administered by the Treasury Department. Ms. Francis also participates in advising clients on public international law issues related to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. She previously resided in Jordan, Syria, Turkey, and Egypt and is proficient in Arabic.
