Brandon Estela

Brandon Estela is a senior staff attorney in the Washington office. His practice focuses on complex litigation and corporate internal investigations in response to government inquiries. Brandon often manages the electronic discovery aspect of his matters and actively engages in fact development with case teams. He has worked on a variety of matters such as FCPA investigations, insurance litigation, white collar defense, and responses to DOJ requests, and worked for clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, technology, and financials. Prior to joining Covington, Brandon served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia and worked as a staff attorney for another international law firm. He also has clerkship experience in both federal and local courts.
