Kate Deal is an associate in the firm’s Tax Practice Group and advises clients on a variety of international and domestic tax issues.

Prior to law school, Ms. Deal worked for six years in the financial services industry, as an investment banking analyst at a large Wall Street firm and as the senior manager of corporate strategy at a privately-owned consumer bank. In those roles, she advised on the financial impact of large corporate transactions and developed business strategies to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Deal clerked for Judge Sri Srinivasan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
