  • Counsel to a pharmaceutical company in drug pricing investigations by multiple Senate committees.
  • Represented a government contractor, two employees of which were solicited for a bribe by a government official, in connection with a multi-week FBI sting operation and criminal proceedings against the government official.
  • Counsel to an aircraft manufacturer in internal investigations regarding foreign trade control matters and voluntary self-disclosures to U.S. Customs and the State Department.
  • Represented a pharmaceutical company in connection with a joint state and federal healthcare fraud investigation.

  • Represented a leading technology company in a multi-year Treasury Department/OFAC investigation relating to a federal trade sanctions program.
